Video only works in Premium mode #4

If I disable Premium mode, Obico doesn't receive any video from Octoprint, but I can see the video in Octoprint.

If I enable Premium mode, Obico does receive the video, but then I can't see the same video in Octoprint.

So it seems I can either see the video in Octoprint or in Obico, but not both. Is this expected? I don't have this problem when I used the free Obico service (10 hours/month).

why dont you use the premium mode? When running on an own server there is no detection hour plan or something.

I explained why already: "If I enable Premium mode, Obico does receive the video, but then I can't see the same video in Octoprint."

I want to see the video in Octoprint and have Obico monitor it.

Ahh ok l got it. Where is OctoPrint installed? On a raspberry or something?

timur-tabi commented 2 years ago

On a Pi 3B+. I could move it to a Pi 4 if that would fix this.

I run all my 4 printers on 4 raspberry 3B. So that’s not the reason. For me it makes no sense that the streams a just working to one source.

Are you still having an issue? You may use the Stack to Destroy and Apply again to get the latest version. I'm able to get video in both Octoprint and Obico at the same time, although I do change the plugin to run in Compatibility Mode always so I get smooth video in Octoprint
