Website not working for new users #1

After deploying the stack, new users never get a working TSD page.

After connecting to the instance, discovered that if no backup file exists in the Bucket, it will overwrite the existing files with empty files instead of leaving the originals, thus breaking the ability of docker-compose to bring up the containers

Addressed in latest version of the zip file
