Pushsift support? #145

Add support for Pushshift, to be able to download more than the top 1k posts. https://pushshift.io/api-parameters/

I haven't started this feature yet, but it will be one of the first on the list.

This would be really amazing, you have the best application for Reddit downloads. This feature would make me stop needing to use https://github.com/shadowmoose/RedditDownloader
