Describe the bug

RedditObjectSettingsDialogs GUIs do not shift to the downloading state when downloads are started from the main GUI or another RedditObjectSettingsDialog
RedditObjectSettingsDialog do not shift to the finished state when downloads finish

To Reproduce (optional) Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open 2 RedditObjectSettingsDialogs
(a) Click Download on the main GUI
(b) Click Download This User/Subreddit on one of the open RedditObjectSettingsDialogs
