Timestamp issue on web home table #51

When submitting, you get a timestamp such as: https://www.malshare.com/sample.php?action=detail&hash=30fb1de74e27a9fbe3c8b0c493252894 Added: 2020-02-03 11:28:35

but in the general table on the homepage, the timestamp is changed to +1h:

MD5 Hash File type Added Source Yara Hits
30fb1de74e27a9fbe3c8b0c493252894 ASCII 2020-02-03 12:28:35 UTC User Submission YRP/domain YRP/url YRP/contentis_base64 [+]

i.e. "2020-02-03 12:28:35 UTC" , even though it really is 2020-02-03 11:28:35 UTC

Easy to reproduce and fix IMO
