Create Travis pipeline

Remove Travis pipeline. We use surge instead.

Camilla pointed out we might get it to work via: https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/surge/

Travis probably doesn't work since this project isn't a maven project, so we will have to find another solution to use CI and Continuous Deployment
