This addition to the TRX library will provide decorators to annotate transforms (classes) with meta data. This meta data will be used to generate CSV config files for transforms and settings that can be imported into iTDS and pTDS.

This registry is fully optional and this release is not changing the library's functionality.

@felixatmaltego there seem to be some minor merge conflicts, once those are resolved I'll go ahead with the merge
