Pinned working dependencies in requirements.txt and minimum requirements in setup.py:

Cryptography >= 39.0.1
Flask >= 2.2.0

@felixatmaltego You mind taking a look? I tested an Oauth transform and everything decrypted as expected. I am not sure about the setuptools-rust comment in the requirements.txt. Any idea?
