Which Minecraft version are you playing on (Java, Bedrock)? With Optifine or other mods? I couldn't reproduce the error on my machine unfortunately. Are you sure that it's Dandelion With Mods you're using? The crash report looks a little sus, because DWM doesn't actually have any of the files your crash report states.

However please note: This resource pack is no longer maintained and you should use alternatives like Dandelion X (for extensive & up to date vanilla support) or Dandelion Draggon (for additional mod support)!
