No audio when playing mp4 file with HE-AAC

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get sample mp4 with HE-AAC audio here: 
https://rapidshare.com/files/3809906325/The Von Bondies - C_mon C_mon.mp4
2. Put the file into shared folder of UMS
3. Try to stream it to PS3

What is the expected output?
PS3 plays sample video with some nice audio track.

What do you see instead?
Video plays without audio.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64bit, UMS 1.5.0

Please provide any additional information below.
All other file formats are playing well including mp4 with standard AAC audio. 
I attached my config just in case. The log files do not contain any related 
information...

Thanks for that awesome piece of software!

Unfortunately HE-AAC audio is still not working. I installed UMS 2.5.1 on my 
new Windows 8 Pro system and tried several mp4 music videos with HE-AAC audio. 
First there is only silence and then there was some crackling noise. All other 
formats are playing well. I also tried UMS on my Nexus 7 tablet with BubbleUPNP 
as client and there the files work well. 

Do you need some debug logs?

It looks like the sample has been taken down, can you upload it again if this 
hasn't yet been fixed?

Unfortunately the issue is still there. Latest test configuration:
WIndows 8 Professional with Media Center, UMS 2.6.3

Thanks for uploading it again. The file plays using the options in the 
transcode folder. We should enable detection of HE-AAC in the future but in the 
meantime the transcode folder works
