No Encode Option #23

I have V.1.70.1 running on Windows 8 Pro

There typically is an option in the transcode folder to "no encode"  however 
for some reason this option is only appearing for me in some cases.  all videos 
have been encoded using the same settings and the same encoder(handbrake).  Is 
there a setting i need to change to allow for the "no encode option" or is 
there some type of bug only allowing it for some videos.  All my videos are in 
separate folders.

There is no version 1.70.1 of UMS, I think you are thinking of PMS.
