What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When execute every .MKV video
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On the screen appear: "Can not play video"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.3.0 and older too on Windows 8 Media Center x64

Please provide any additional information below.
