Could not find the main class:net.pms.PMS program will exit #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download update
2. Install Update
3. Error msg: Could not find the main class:net.pms.PMS program will exit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected is to start. All I see is the error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UMS 2.5.0 on windows 7 Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.

This probably means you have Java 6, but UMS requires Java 7.
