Audio issue (low or no speech on ps3) other audio fine #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play file on ps3
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
full sound playback - video plays fine just no speech on audio yet background 
music plays

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.5.0 on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

appears to be since updated to 2.5.0 appears to effect 5.1 audio DTS files 
unable to change channel from .1 left (no 2. right or right left)

came from pms cause of same issue all appeared ok till update then been unable 
to fix please help
