Transcoding settings reverting to automatic #93

I keep setting the Mpeg-2 transcoding quality to its lowest setting and i can 
stream avi files to my PS3 from my laptop with no shuttering on this setting 
but as soon as I change to a different file UMS seems to go back to streaming 
in a higher quality and shutters again.
