What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to video (MKV, but other MKV / formats seem to work)
2. Press Play
3. Displays "File may not be played properly" --
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Never had issues with this until recently; expected output was playback with
full FF / Scrub control. Instead the video will still play, but no control of
fast forward / scrubbing.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.2.1, OSX 10.10.4, Samsung HU8550.
Please provide any additional information below.
Previous UMS versions had no issues with playback / timeline scrubbing / fast
forward. Tested on multiple MKV files, problem seems to exist only on specific
MKV files that have previously worked fine on UMS.
