Broken links creating new posts after enabeling permalinks

I've created a new content type, named "Locaties". When i create a few posts in 
it and try to link to it, it all works fine. 
On this point, the Permalinks settings are default.

When i enable the permalinks, in the content type and in Wordpress all still 
works.
But when im creating a new content type and try to link from an article to that 
post, we get a 404 page not found error.
The old posts, created when the permalinks where still on default (off), are 
working with the correct, changed, URL's.

Does the problem continue if you disable all other plugins? (plugin
conflicts cause a LOT of problems, so please isolate the problem)
