Back navigation doesn't work with in-app view #28

Hi,

Thanks for this really useful and excellent plugin.

Just one thing that doesn't seem to work for me. If I open an external link using the in-app view (page A), then click on a link in page A to navigate to page B, the back icon remains disabled so I cannot go back to the initial page A. Instead, to get back to page A, I am having to close the in-app view, return to the markdown note, and open the link to page A once again.

I've attached a demo to show what I mean.

Is this expected behaviour, or something to fix?

I'm using version 1.3.5 of Obsidian on Mac Ventura, and version 0.1.10 of your plugin.
