Affected versions: 1.19.4, 1.20:

Using the Ender Shields may teleport the attacker to a deadly height or inside a wall.
Functionality for some of the shields e.g. Stone and Skull shields does not work yet.

Issue has been almost fixed with recent commits, Ender teleportation still needs some checks.
