Responsive Navbar has not been supported

Could you check the sidebar animation in smaller screen size, there is noticeable laggy animation in the dashboard screen but not in the profile screen. gif

It seems that the laggy animation happens between breakpoint 640px and 940px. I have tried debugging but haven't found the issue yet. Since I am planning to work on the responsive navbar ticket, please create a bug ticket for this issue and assign me. I'll fix it after completing the task.
