chatrooms view -> list of chatrooms available to the user
latest message - if no message ("send a message to start the conversation")
who haved read the latest message (optional)
switch between search mode and view mode (search mode render user cards (with name, major, school))
active chat session -> current selected chatroom displayed in detail
socket io listens to new messages
who have read (optional)
info panel -> information regarding the current selected chatroom session.

members in the chat
leave chatroom button
