Naming Rules

Name your PR like this: ISSUENUMBER-TITLE-YOURNAME

Description

When an icon is clicked, all other icons are closed
Moved state control to parent component (MyMap.js)
Attached an isOn key to rhythmcode table with default value of false
Pass a setState function to child component to change the value for isOn via an onClick
