Axes can't break chests faster #19

I noticed that using axes on chests doesn't change the time it takes to break them

yeah its the same as breaking it with your hand, (mod dev) i think you forgot to pick what tool you use to break the chests

Am rather late to this, I will upload a fix and then port to 1.19!
