Release gem with new Faraday version (0.9 => 1.0) and added Rails 6.1 support

Rails comments:

Faraday comments:

miq_bot depends upon Faraday 0.9 (I haven't tested with 1.0 but this is a tangent)
azure-sdk uses either 0.9 or 1.x.
no other Gemfile or *.gemspec mention it

In the CHANGELOG I do [[#100]](...pulls/100) and in the commit message I do [#100], but I'm not fussy about that. Up to you.
