Table conversions from HAML and Patternfly to React #8654

Listing the table conversion PR's

Bulk Conversion of PF tables - https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-classic/pull/7893

  1. Compute > infrastucture > host - Contains Checkbox, Image with Text, Icon with Text
  2. Network > Subnets - No left side filter, Contains Checkbox
  3. Services > Catalog > Service Catalog -No Checkbox, Has Button
    1. Overview > Repots > Repots > All Repots - No checkbox, Only Icon in cell, clickable rows
    2. Chargeback > Saved repots - Only Text in cell, Sortable header
    3. Storage > volume > snapshot > edit policy - unclickable rows
    4. Services > My Services > Services > Active Services - Sortable columns - eg "Name"
