Hey @jaghabalayev this is going to be an error that comes from the refresh process which connects to the xclarity API and synchronizes the information with our local database.
It appears one of the values is larger than a signed 64-bit integer, could you look for errors in the logs on your appliance? You can see how to check logs here https://www.manageiq.org/docs/reference/latest/troubleshooting/index.html

Hello, I try to add XClarity in Physical Infrastructure. I see only Racks information and no server in list. Error - 7 Minutes Ago 185432449617619073368064 is out of range for ActiveModel::Type::Integer with limit 8 bytes Steps performed before open issue:
Check issue list - not find any result Delete XClarity and add again - same result Check authentication - full admin on XClarity
Any recommendation would be appreciated
