fix scss build breakage by removing all tailwind arbitary values

scss
doesn't like tailwind "arbitary value" classes.
e.g.
text-[24px]
rounded-[3rem]
p-[10px]`
basically, if it's a tailwind class, but it uses the
-[arbitaryValue]
syntax,
scss
doesn't consider it valid css
i believe this is due to there being some tailwind/postcss magic turns those special class names into
CSS
, that
SCSS
does not agree with
