Test different linux flavors #41

Tested on Fedora 25 - running into issues getting nodegit to compile correctly as a dependency. I had to build it on my own and then go update a bunch of files.

I then tried just updating Aquifer to 1.0.0-beta3 and syncing up aquifer.json to the latest aquifer.default.json and everything seemed to run smoothly.

Might be worth just updating to latest Aquifer to avoid the hassle of nodegit on linux.
