The issue is that it's using the latest pypi version, even though there's a newer on master.
Dependencies within org should be installed with github as source. We can take that even further to allow sharing of branches on separate repos, even owners. This would only be for this dev workflow to begin with

The plan now is to dynamically clone dependencies within org.
