Not sure what I meant, maybe global pycharm settings?

Oh right this has the PyCharm API milestone, so yes!

I remember I struggled finding how PyCharm defined all their settings. I'm also worried they might break at any time. If I do decide to pick up this PyCharm API again then I can try copy the whole folder -> change one setting -> compare to old folder to find how it's defined
