Introducing x509 certificate evaluator + validator would simply x509 
certificate handling for customers using ST.

Proposal:

components/commons/commons-mule (org.soitoolkit.commons.mule.cert)

 - ValidateSenderIdTransformer
 - X509CertificateEvaluator
 - X509CertificateUtil

Anything else we could/should to to make it easier to use http?
E.g. documentation/tutorials, generator support?

I have checked in the code for the validator support. The next action on this 
issue is to update the documentation/tutorials.
