Add thread name to log statements to increase understanding for multi-threading 
issues.

The ConversionPattern's in:
http://code.google.com/p/soi-toolkit/source/browse/trunk/tools/soitoolkit-genera
tor/soitoolkit-generator/src/main/resources/integrationComponent/src/main/resour
ces/log4j.xml.gt

should have something like [%t] in it.
