Request: show application in all Spaces when using OS X #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable "Spaces" on Mac OS X
2. Open Application
3. Switch to another space
4. Application not visible on new space

The application show be visible across all Spaces, especially if I select 
"Always On Top"

Tested with: Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard)
