Consumes ~20% CPU time doing nothing

I understand that this is minor issue, but it's kind of annoying
when my cpu cooler starts grinding to cool cpu down because of
a countdown timer :) Kind of kills point of making you concentrate
on a task when noise distracts me :)
By the way, it takes 20% cpu time even when not counting.
CPU is Intel DualCore E2180, 2GHz (yes, it is a slow processor,
but still I wouldn't expect more than 2-3% of CPU time for this) 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7

Using it on Windows 7 (32 bit)

Hello,

after restart and some mocking about this problem went away.
I guess Adobe AIR runtime clashed with something.

Sorry I took your time to read this. If I find out proper way to
reproduce this problem maybe then I'll open an issue.
