don´t work on arduino mega 2560 #1

The current code in the repository is compatible with the Mega 2560. The next 
release (0.6) will also reflect this. Please give it a try. Note this a) 
requires the CANdiy shield (Sparkfun's only works with Uno-style Arduinos) and 
b) you have to solver the 2x3-pin header for the SPI.
