Buttons on menu bar now enable/disable based on if items are selected or loaded in the menu
Cleaned up the spacing on the menu bar

Fixed

Fixed an edge case where the string None could get rendered to ComicInfo.xml on saving

Removed

Removed the dynamic layout loader and made JoeLayout -> MainWindow
