Added "Rightwards Hand" emoji #36

I added the Rightwards Hand emoji with all skin colours, not sure if I'll add more, but there are new emojis so I'm trying to help a little bit

"Leftwards Hand" is missing, not sure if I'll be the one adding it, also not sure if the .txt file controls the emojis and all that

Hello! Thank you for your contribution. Unfortunately, your change won't be used directly.

All emojis are retrieved through Mange/emoji-data, which in turn is being seeded by the official Unicode emoji list.

Updating to a newer version

The list is copied from the Mange/emoji-data repo.

Seems like this emoji was added in Emoji 14.0 in 2021, which means it's probably time to bump the database. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

If you want to give that repo a try and open a PR there, that would be swell. Otherwise I'll get to it soonish, I hope. No pressure either way.

Until then, feel free to keep using your fork to get the emoji. :smile:

I just released a new version with Emoji 14.0 included. :-)
