decrease trends time granularity #127

The current trending hashtags and mentions are computed based on the tweets from the past 24 hours.

Using only the tweets from the past 3 hours (or perhaps 6 hours) would provide finer-grained results, and will allow to show different information during the day.

This change will also let the trends auto tweets (#112) not to be repetitive.
