[x] Split about sections in two columns:
- left-hand-side column to provide information about twitto
- right-hand-side column to hold a CTA
[x] tune about text

Heads-up @11digitlabs:

params.json should now as of v3.1.0 include a cta section. cf. updated params.json example file.
