v4.0.0 finalization tasks #148

set of tasks to make v4 production ready:

[x] restore data persistence
[x] copy: update about section
[x] update 502 page content
[x] visual identity: set custom color scheme for the graph
[x] update meta thumbnail image
[x] update tweetBot so that it gets top hashtags from the graph dataset
[x] replace d3 dependency by the subset of modules actually used
