Enhance visual appeal of the graph

Current situation:

Each node is represented by its text label

To-be situation:

each node is represented by a circle
text labels are only shown for the top n nodes
a 'title' attribute is defined on circles so that corresponding label is displayed on hover (suitable enhancement for a future release: use tooltips, shown on tap in mobile devices - #162 ).
