search params in url #38

search parameters should appear in the url, to enable sharing search results

@mef my concern about this is the following. we will have 10 topics, 11 provinces, 4 languages and the search

We might end up with a humangous URLs. How the fuck google takes care of this in google analytics.... :(

Didnt have much luck yesterday with history.js, will move on today with clear head :)
