fastcgi buffer size issue (caching) #67

Is it normal that twitto requests so many user details in one request?

This happened repeatedly and caused huge CPU + RAM spikes

worked around by increasing fastcgi_buffer_size in nginx config

actual bug (too many usernames requested) should be fixed.
