Modbus Serial Publisher - Implement #877

With the new virtual Serial Server Socket Bridge it would be nice to have a way to link a Modbus Serial data source to a Modbus serial publisher over a TCP/IP network.

No requests have been made for this so it is low priority.

I'm not sure I understand what this means.

Poorly described for sure. We don't have a Modbus Serial Publisher so I was hoping to implement one and use the Serial Bridges to test it against the Serial Data Source.
