Some transaction hooks notifications and events not being triggered #45

Background

We've noticed that transaction hook notifications are not being sent/created for the following cases:
- Transfer refunds
- Payins created via a banking alias
- Payout refunds

Environments

Both the sandbox and production environments are affected

Status

The problem has been identified and a fix completed - we'll be including it in our next release, due into production on 1st August hopefully

Hey Hugo, I assume this is now fixed + deployed?

May i know how this hooks works! I have read the mango pay documentation from here https://docs.mangopay.com/endpoints/v2.01/hooks#e246_the-hook-object but I didn't get an idea about! I just want to know how this hooks works and how we can implement it ? (are works like a cron job??) Please let me know! Thank You!
