Most of our customers currently uses the normal bankwire payin. Many of the payins fails because of badly copied references. So we always have to contact the support and check the payin manually.
We already show the reference in a readable font and even show the characters as words, but that dit not helped.
I would recommend to remove ambiguous characters from the generated references: Il10O
And it should be case insensitive (if not already). Many banking software only accepts uppercase.
