Namespace compliance - Tests can not be run on unix/case sensitive system

• Renamed directories and file names in some test classes to comply with PSR-4 and case sensitive systems
• Removed Suite/all and index in the test directory which refer to an old unused simpletest package not present in the dependencies
• Added php-cs package in dev and fixed style for global harmony in files and IDE auto-completion help
• Added php 5.6 and 7.0 test environments to play the tests and make sure there is no break between major environments
• Added a php 8 test environment and fixed the error when calling a parent method on a class that has no inheritance

@fredericdelordm thanks for reply, little bit :fearful: about team response delay when I looked at other open PR or issue

For information:

• No base code change in that PR
• Only PSR4 / PSR12 compliance that help our IDE and make sure we can run tests on case-sensitive system, not the case right now
• Added docker environements to run tests locally in all PHP Major versions
