101301 when using most of the Italian's credit card for the payin

We noticed several times on our projects that different italian banks do not allow the payment because error 101301 is encountered.

It happens mostly with Fineco bank. Is there a way to solve this issue?

@Carlonz10 Italian here :-) we have the same issue from over 1yr and support don't help us... have you find any walkaround?
