Filtering Panel Town/City filter Not Always Work #135

Describe the bug In the filtering Panel, under Town/City, click cities like Salinas City or Hollister, the map doesn't automatically zoom to the developments of that city.

Steps to reproduce Walk us through how you revealed the bug.

  1. Click on "filter control"
  2. Click on 'Town/City'
  3. Click on 'Salinas City' in the list'
  4. Map doesn't filter or zoom to developments of the city

Expected behavior Filter and zoom to developments of that city. All other developments will be deselected (greyed out).

Additional context Click on city name: Reddings to see the expected behavior.
