File upload issue #161

Describe the bug Got NS_BINDING_ABORTED status when using file upload function. The record in CSV doesn't show up in the backend development table.

Steps to reproduce Walk us through how you revealed the bug. See screenshot from firefox web developer tool

Expected behavior The development record in the csv file shows up in the development table in the backend.
